Data Quality Specialist
Gruppo multinazionale presente in diversi Paesi (Italia, Germania, UK, Croazia, Tunisia, Albania), che opera nel campo dei servizi tecnologico-digitali e di customer care, specializzata nella realizzazione di soluzioni di Contact Management.
The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for manipulating, organizing and understanding what is contained in collections of information (data bases), finding the answers to questions posed by the organization’s management about business and operational matters.
Key responsibilities
- Monitoring and reviewing data and resolve any data quality issues
- Addressing the root cause of data inconsistencies and recommending improvements
- Measuring and reporting to management on the progress of data quality improvement
Competencies
- Ability to review, analyze and manage large volumes of data
- Outstanding attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
Qualification and skills
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or related fields
- Problem Solving, Critical Thinking
- Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication skills in Italian or English, both written and verbal
