Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct decision-making meetings with experienced software engineers (5-15 years of experience) interested in joining our for migration to Germany
•  A team will pre-schedule and pre-qualifying leads for you.
• You then deliver top-notch consultancy to candidates ensuring they receive the most effective solution and help them with the decision on joining our program
• You maintain the decision-making pipeline and convert leads into sales
• Embrace a result-driven approach to meet team-goals

Your Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience a must.
• Passionate about consultancy and providing tailored solutions
• Having an understanding of software engineering definitely a plus
•  Bonus: Understanding of migration procedures is a plus
•  The specific technical knowledge on migration specifically you will be trained on as needed
•  Genuine interest in Germany definitely helps
•  You easily connect with top-notch, experienced professionals from all across the globe
•  Result-driven with a focus on results
•  Your previous sales experience means you are routinely able to work with CRM, project managements, have solid foundations how to have clean, organized pipeline and workflows and can teach these to others
