Opis posla

We are  a small US registered family business for sourcing and procurement, andwe are looking for a new member to join our team! Our ideal candidate should be a creative, self-driven individual who is able to work independently, managing their workload and meeting deadlines without constant supervision.

It is a full time position, 100% from home. Working hours are flexible but need to  accommodate different time zones and urgent procurement needs. 

Job description:

Identify tenders and opportunities on which to submit bids.

Research potential suppliers and vendors

Acquire quotations and verify compliance

Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

Negotiate pricing

Work with a client organization to obtain the information required to compile the bid.

Enter and Maintain internal database with updated records of bids submission status, order details, purchased products, delivery information and invoices

Track orders and ensure timely delivery

Respond to clients queries before, during and after the bid has been submitted.

Traženi uslovi

Fluent English - written and spoken.

Strong skills in using Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.

2 years experience in procurement and/or tenders and bids.

Ability to understand technical requirements and specifications to effectively source products.

Adherence to high ethical standards and practices, including transparency and avoidance of conflicts of interest.

The candidate should be comfortable with working remotely and have a suitable  home office setup to facilitate their work.
