Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
2. Conduct market research and analyze data to continuously improve digital marketing efforts
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, design, and sales, to ensure that all digital marketing initiatives align with overall business goals
4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and continuously identify new opportunities for growth
5. Create and execute engaging content for social media and other digital channels
6. Manage and optimize the company’s website to drive traffic and engagement
7. Analyze the results of digital marketing campaigns and use insights to make data-driven decisions
8. Foster a positive, collaborative, and humorous work environment for the team :)

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing in design and/or web development and/or marketing industry.
2. English level: Fluent
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO & PPC
4. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
5. Ability to think creatively and come up with new and innovative ideas
6. Experience leading and managing a team is a plus
7. Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing developments
8. Understanding of outbound marketing and email marketing is a plus
9. Experience in leading and managing a team is a plus
