We are looking for individuals who are ambitious with attention to detail, and willing to learn to fill in the position of Account Manager. An Account Manager is a person in charge of managing and maintaining the company's relationships with our customers. They are in charge of building long-term relationships with your portfolio of customers and staying with customers for the length of their relationship with the company. Our goal is to keep clients or accounts as long as possible and Account Managers are in charge of that.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling.
  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
  • Communicates client needs and demands to employer company.
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
  • Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients.
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to work 6 days a week.
  • Ability to type 50 wpm.
