Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Utilize an entrepreneurial approach to prospecting by identifying leads and exploring new business opportunities.
Leverage various channels to identify and engage potential clients.
Set appointments, generate referrals, and consistently expand the business development pipeline.
Strategically nurture leads to facilitate meaningful connections.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific staffing and talent needs.
Offer customized solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client.
Challenge the status quo and introduce best practices to enhance business development strategies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our approach to client acquisition and relationship building.
Lead with authenticity, kindness, and confidence in all client interactions.
Work diligently to turn every interaction into a remarkable experience.

 

Working Hours

Mon - Friday   8AM - 4 PM EST

Requirements

Job Requirements:

3+ years of solid experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry or staffing
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development or sales targets.
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive positive change in business development strategies.
Natural ability to connect with people, demonstrating kindness, authenticity, and confidence.
High level of integrity and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and results-driven.
