Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
Promoting our cutting-edge HVAC electronic components to potential customers.
Identifying market opportunities and developing strategies to expand the company's presence in Lithuania.
Providing technical and product knowledge to clients.
Collaborating with our team in Poland to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Regularly reporting on market trends, sales activities, and competitor analysis.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or Building industry(Hotels etc.).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English (Polish is a plus).
Technical background or understanding of HVAC systems is advantageous.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within Albania.
Valid driver’s license.
