Whether tourists, backpackers, executives, or even locals, we want to give them the freedom to explore without the burden of their belongings. We are a tech start-up that has digitized the luggage storage service with smart lockers, fully automated and operational 24/7. We are making life easier for our users, primarily tourists who need a secure place to store their luggage before check-in or after check-out.

High proficiency in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).

What will your day-to-day look like?
As a Customer Service Agent at Locker in the City, your main responsibilities will include:
Review management: monitoring and responding to customer feedback, maintaining positive relationships and contributing to continuous service improvement.
Social media management: creating, managing, and optimizing content on our social platforms, engaging with users, and increasing brand visibility.
Business prospecting: identifying and exploring opportunities to expand our network of clients and partners.
Customer support: providing excellent service to our users, resolving inquiries, and helping them enjoy our platform seamlessly. Customer support will be provided within the operational hours of our smart lockers, ensuring an efficient and agile service at all times.
