Webhelp is looking for Compliance Specialist

The group is organized by geographical business unit, of which the CRIT business unit covers operations in 3 countries: Italy, Czech Republic, and Albania.
The CRIT business unit is fast growing and is expected to more than double size over the next years. In conjunction with this growth trajectory, the group has decided to further invest in its compliance team by creation a new position: Compliance Specialist.
Role requirements
-Working experience (3+ years);
-legal background (master degree);
-GDPR knowledge;
-ISO certifications knowledge and experience is beneficial;
-previous experience in similar role and industry is beneficial.
You are comfortable with working independently, but also thrive on working with others in and outside of the Compliance team. You possess the ability to engage with stakeholders, to prioritize and problem solve in a progressing environment, and to deliver with high quality within the compliance focus area. You have integrity, ambition, a proactive mindset, analytical skills, and are passionate about compliance as a way to support a healthy business.
You are able to communicate and prepare documentation in English. Other language skills are a plus.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Support in developing and implementing compliance programs:
Participate in update or creation of governing documents;
Monitoring and reviewing company’s adherence to regulations.
Perform compliance controls;
Provide compliance related training;
Participate in identifying, analyzing and assessing compliance risks to create and implement compliance plans.
Preparing internal and external reports.
Support company’s business operations on various compliance related matters.
