At onecontact TECH, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic Remote Talent Acquisition Lead, with proven communication and organizational skills, with 2+ years of talent acquisition and technical recruiting experience. The ideal candidate for this position is an enthusiastic and goal-oriented individual, who's looking for a clear career plan.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies/tactics to source the best candidates for technical positions in collaboration with the talent acquisition team
Cultivate appropriate strategy proactively to create talent pipelines for open roles by contacting candidates to determine interest
Source applicants through various channels which will enable you to succeed in this position
Review CV and Job descriptions and schedule interviews
Update CRM database and write interview notes/feedback
Meeting organizational recruiting monthly and quarterly goals
Conduct Technical Interviews
Prepare job descriptions and summaries as needed
Attend in-house technical and skills training
Train other team members and help them succeed
Job Requirements
Demonstrated knowledge of basic recruiting and/or HR principles
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
Understanding of technical terms and technologies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor's Degree or Certification and basic understanding of technical terms
Minimum 2 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience
Excellent Spoken and Written English
Working Hours
10 AM - 6 PM Mon - Fri
