Currently we are looking to hire an Assistant for our Sales Department.

Kërkesat e profilit

Main responsibilities:

  • Keep close connections with the suppliers and brand’s key contacts
  • Maintain supply chain logistics (import of goods)
  • Conduct research and generate reports
  • Works closely with the Sales Manager and Category Managers for the pre ordering and reordering of the products
  • Keeps contact with the key account clients for their pre ordering and ordering process
  • Other duties given by the Sales Manager

Tjetër (Opsionale)

Successful candidates would have:

  • He or she should hold a bachelor or master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
  • Be able to work in a team and undependably
  • Be able to work effectively and under pressure  
  • High computer literacy (MS Excel)
  • High command of English
