AMD is looking for potential candidate to fulfill the position of:

CEO Assistant

Supports the CEO of AMD in managing the day to day administrative and secretarial activities by Coordinating with the Assistant Directors and Receptionists by providing coordinated support to activities without defined parameters in a multi-tasking environment with shared accountability in a team.

 

 

Qualifications and experience:

1.      University Degree

2.      At least one year of experience as an executive administrative assistant

3.      Assertive communication.

4.      Excellent planning and time management.

5.      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6.      Using discretion with confidentiality

7.      Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

8.      Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

9.      PC literacy (MS Office, in particular).

10.   Very good knowledge of English and German Languages.

  • Roles and responsibilities:
  1. Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients.
  2. Collect all business contracts and follow up until they are signed, filled and delivered to respective department.
  3. Prepare meeting room before the meetings.
  4. Provide translation from/to Albania/English.
  5. Conserves GM's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information.
  6. Maintains diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
  7. Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
  8. Maintains the correspondence with different sources and delivers and takes the correspondence to and from reception.
  9. Filing /archiving for CEO office.
  10. Philters the phone calls.
  11. Manages the agenda of GM.
  12. Maintains confidence by keeping information confidential.
  13. Performs additional duties as assigned.
