From the single point of contact to the call management for incidents or support requests, of which we manage the entire life cycle to resolution. It operates 24H, 7 days a week, and manages around 1.400.000 contacts a year. The performance extends from the call dispatching to the onsite support, passing through the Help Desk first, second, and third level, the advanced governance and the Fleet management.

Kandidatet duhet te kene njohurite e meposhtme:
-Active Directory 1° livello (creazione utenti, gruppi,permessi)
-Office 365 1° livello (creazione utenti, alias, gruppi)
-Conoscenza Ambienti Windows (7,10, Server)
-Configurazione client email (outlook, thunderbird)
-Conoscenza Reti basica (differenza tra wan e lan, cos’è un DHCP,NAT di rete)
