Job description
The Junior Project Manager manages a team that provides administrative and managerial assistance to its customers. It also accompanies the customer in the digital transformation, offering multidisciplinary solutions that involve technology, user experience and strategy.
Main Responsibilities
• Ensures the analysis of needs and collection of the brief by the client;
• Develops the project plan which includes time planning, detailed budgeting, definition of the necessary skills and resources;
• Monitors the progress of the project and the achievement of results;
• Ensures the management of the relationship with the customer, organizing the progress of the project and negotiating any revisions;
• Contributes to creating a positive atmosphere in the team, motivating and supporting colleagues to achieve results.
