Job Description

For our client, an international oil and gas company, we are looking for:

 

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

  •        Answer and direct phone calls;
  •        Write and distribute e-mail, correspondence memos, etc.;
  •        Able to resolve administrative problems and inquiries;
  •        Update and maintain office policies and procedures;
  •        Maintain office supply inventories;
  •        Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements;
  •        Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, etc.;
  •        Recording of exposure hours for HSE;
  •        Recording for office Training Matrix Management;

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • University Degree;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant;
  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software;
  • Knowledge of operational of standard office equipment;
