3. Job Overview: The Office Manager with HR experience is responsible for overseeing
the daily operations of the office while also managing human resources functions.
This role requires a blend of administrative skills and HR expertise to ensure a productive
and positive work environment.
4. Key Responsibilities:
A) Office Management:
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Organize office layout and order stationery and equipment.
- Maintain office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
- Ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Manage office budget and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Fulfill tasks ordered by management.
B) Human Resources:
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and resolve issues.
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage improvement plans.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Fulfill tasks ordered by management
1. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management and HR.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., email tools, spreadsheets, databases).
- Ability to communicate in English
