  • To prospect for new clients by networking,  advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients;
  • To plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company;
  • To develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship;
  • To grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients;
  • To meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging our network;
  • To identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization;
  • To research and build relationships with new clients;
  • Experience in sales (preferably more in the construction field, ideally in the ceramics sector);
  • Good communication skills and negotiation with customers;
  • Makes identification of new opportunities in the construction field;
  • Maintain contacts and relations with the masters of ceramics;
  • Regular visits on the ground;
  • Organizational skills and teamwork;

Kërkesat e profilit

  • University degree in Business Administration, Management or any other related field;
  • 2-3 years’ experience in sales (preferably in the construction sector)
  • Previous job experience in the same or similar position is an advantage;
  • Capable of managing and leading a team;
  • Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy at all times and in every situation;
  • Able to deal with guest queries and issues;
  • Confident and friendly personality;
  • Strong Communication Skills;
  • Good command of MS Office Package;
  • Good command of English language (written and spoken) knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage;
  • A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • To build trust, value others, communicate effectively.
