For our amazing client, one of the fastest growing Internet Services company in Central Europe and also one of the most well-funded tech startups in Europe, for their Operations team in Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia, we are looking for a Head of Finance that is going to set the vision for the finance team, including driving a technology vision to drive controllership and productivity within the team while also collaborating to reduce costs and improve quality within our deliveries. The successful candidate will be able to both drive short-term improvement while also setting the long-term vision for both the finance team and the broader organization. This is a hugely exciting role for a finance leader to be able to drive continuous improvement while maintaining focus on driving transformative change to prepare the team for long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities:

? Oversees the company's overall financial activities, including controllership, tax, treasury, analysis, investor relations, internal audit, and financial operations.

? Partner with other teams to drive continuous improvement in financial and operational performance.

? Direct the operational planning process

? Build both short and long-term business plans that facilitate expansion projects and new business initiatives, third-party agreements, and network location analyses.

? Define variance analysis against budgets for the network, identify risks and opportunities.

? Partner with various teams to bring optimal cross-functional decisions that maximize the top-line growth and free cash flow.

? Ensure timely and accurate metrics and forecasts are created and maintained.

? Review business cases for capital expenditure, ensure execution of Capex plan and fixed asset management.

? Handle headcount planning for the regional teams.

? Drive standardization of operational processes, adopt and share best practices across the region and Europe.

? Contribute to the next generation development of site finance planning and analysis; influence across sites and across operating countries to effect change

? Build, lead and develop the team of Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Taxand Controllers.

? Reporting for all Plan, Forecast, and Actual reporting cycles

? Financial analyses and narratives related to P&L, Cash Flow and the Balance Sheet

? Lead Corporate Consolidated P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

? BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or similar degree

? 5+ years’ relevant experience as Finance Leader/Manager, or MBA, Master's and equivalent experience in a Finance role

? 7+ Years' in Finance roles that require analysis, reporting financial results, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results.

? MBA and/ or Professional certification (CFA/CPA/CMA/Qualified Accounting certificate) + relevant experience

? Management experience with demonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to take on and create new assignments

? Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analyses

? Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions

? Manage and prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, growing, and ambiguous environment

? Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, PowerBI) and other financial systems such (i.e. Oracle, SAP)

? Previous experience within a Retail, Distribution Center, or Logistics processes and systems is a plus
