A Sales Supervisor should understand strategy and the direction in which the company is heading and must possess the ability to translate these into measurable, operational objectives. In addition, a Sales Supervisor must be able to develop members of their team, and also to continually work on themselves in order to be ready to answer complex.

·         Manages people and resources to achieve volume and activation targets, to execute picture of success in the market and to develop business in the defined territory;
·         Develops team members in accordance with the principles of situational leadership, taking into account their level of readiness, potential and performance.
·         Follows market trends actively, finds new opportunities for growth, optimizes market coverage, and improves overall profitability of the business;
·         Visits territories of their team members on a regular basis, enables two-way communication, gives feedback on the current performance and defines corrective actions;
·         Ensures improvement in collaboration and relationships with customers with goal to support better business results enabling cooperation to the satisfaction of all involved parties;
·         Encourages and generates new ideas with team members;
·         Develops and proposes new ways to improve work processes and market activation in order to achieve better results;

Kërkesat e profilit

·         University degree;
·         Intermediate level of English knowledge;
·         Advanced MS Office knowledge;
·         Minimum 1 year experience in sales;
·         Decision making skills;
·         Ability to organize and prioritize work;
·         Problem solving skills;
·         Driving license B category;
·         Good knowledge and understanding of FMCG market;
·         FMCG experience;
·         Experience in leading people.

LANGUAGES:  Fluently in English language
