Job description

We empower organizations to better understand their audience and provide decision-makers with personalized insights and solutions. Our bespoke outreach strategies connect companies with high-level executives, ensuring targeted lead generation, strategic market research, and impactful engagement.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Outreach Coordinator to join our team on a contract, remote basis. This role is integral to our outreach, lead generation, and market research efforts, requiring strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

Managing stakeholder communication and building relationships with executives.
Executing cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and other channels) to engage decision-makers.
Supporting project planning and coordination for executive events, webinars, and surveys.
Conducting market research to identify key industry trends and high-value prospects.
Handling administrative and operational tasks related to outreach initiatives.
Assisting in project coordination from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance outreach, research, and project coordination while ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and events.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or sales prospecting.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify and engage key stakeholders.
Experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of CRM software, data analysis tools, and email automation platforms.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support operational processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling outreach messages.

Preferred But Not Required:

Knowledge of multichannel outreach (LinkedIn, SMS, retargeting) alongside email strategies.
Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot,, or ClickUp for tracking outreach processes.
Knowledge in Cold email technical setup
