Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough manual tests to ensure software quality and functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Write and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, and potential problems.
Document, track, and escalate issues as appropriate.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Job Requirements:
4+ years of relevant experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
Deep understanding of manual testing methodologies and techniques, especially in a tech startup environment.
Experience in testing payment systems like Stripe, ensuring transaction integrity, security, and compliance.
Proficiency in verifying data in a PostgreSQL database and understanding its structure.
Basic understanding of SQL language to execute queries and validate data.
Ability to identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle issues in complex applications.
Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other QA team members in an agile environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documenting test cases and reporting bugs.
Eagerness to keep up with new testing tools and strategies relevant to the industry.
