Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and improve model performance.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for data collection, processing, and storage.
Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science methodologies.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists and team members.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on machine learning and AI.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with OpenAI models and tools, as well as models from Google (e.g., BERT, TensorFlow) and Microsoft (e.g., Azure AI, Cognitive Services).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
Knowledge of deep learning techniques and neural networks.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
Understanding of ethical considerations and best practices in AI and machine learning.
