Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and oversee Agile Scrum projects to deliver high-quality web applications within the PHP/Laravel and Vue.js tech stack.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Track and monitor project progress through metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown charts, and issue tracking.
Identify roadblocks, risks, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Prioritize project requirements and tasks based on business value and impact.
Ensure effective communication across teams, keeping stakeholders informed of project status and progress.
Utilize tools like Jira and Slack to plan, monitor, and report on project development and issue resolution.
Maintain an organized and efficient project roadmap, ensuring on-time delivery.
Foster collaboration among developers, designers, and product owners to maintain alignment on project goals.
Continuously assess and improve project management processes for greater efficiency and quality.

Job Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven experience managing software development projects involving PHP/Laravel and Vue.js (or other JavaScript frameworks).
Strong ability to identify technical risks, constraints, and interdependencies.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira for tracking progress, issues, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP, PMI-ACP) is preferred.
Ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and adapt to changing project dynamics.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and modern tech stacks.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
