Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor, manage, and optimize network performance to ensure stability and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, coordinating with stakeholders to minimize downtime.
Manage and maintain Cisco networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and MPLS.
Administer network security tools such as Zscaler, SIEM solutions, and vulnerability management platforms.
Oversee and maintain IP Telephony systems, including Zoom Phone, Call Center, Zoom Meeting Room, and eFax administration.
Manage domain hosting, public DNS, and security certificate administration.
Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure authentication and authorization processes.
Support Windows Servers, VMware platforms, and Microsoft Azure services, including Virtual Networks, Security Center, Backup, and Site Recovery.
Conduct regular audits of network and security infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to optimize ISP connectivity and datacenter operations.
Configure, test, and maintain networking software and hardware to meet operational needs.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in network administration and operations.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification required.
Strong expertise in Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, RADIUS, Wireless Access Controllers, and Barracuda Network Load Balancers.
In-depth knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP, as well as VLANs and wireless networking standards.
Experience managing multiple ISPs and datacenter technologies.
Proficiency in network security tools and best practices, including SIEM solutions and vulnerability management.
Experience with IP telephony and VoIP systems, including Zoom Phone and Call Center solutions.
Familiarity with domain hosting, public DNS, and SSL/TLS certificate management.
Working knowledge of Windows Servers, VMware, and Microsoft Azure services.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage and resolve network-related incidents efficiently.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across IT and business teams.
Strong documentation and project coordination skills.
