For our Client, Coca-Cola Hellenic one of the biggest companies in the non-alcoholic beverage industry we are looking for:



  • Creates and develops a business plan for allocated buyers with the aim of promoting CCH categories and growth of client cooperation, and ensures its implementation;
  • Manages implementation of the plan for activating trade and processes in cooperation with the sales team on the field;
  • Responsible for negotiations, conclusion of agreements and implementation of agreements up to the retail level with allocated key accounts in accordance with the commercial policy;
  • Regularly monitors all business indicators for allocated clients (sales, transactions, profitability, IC mix, P&L of buyers, etc.), identifies deviations and recommends corrective actions with the aim of ensuring category and clients' development in accordance with the plan or at a higher level;
  • Identifies possibilities and provides suggestions for new methods of product development, category, clients, and channels;
  • Builds effective relationships with clients through development and implementation of client plan which supports sustainability and creation of joint value;

Kërkesat e profilit


  • University degree /VSS  
  • Advanced use of MS Office
  • At least 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing or sales
  • Higher level of knowledge of English
  • B driving license

  • Interpersonal understanding.
