A main duty of sales representatives is to present company products and services and to sell them to both current regular customers and potential new customers. The role requires someone who will be self-motivated to constantly maintenance their professional and technical knowledge.

Kërkesat e profilit


Responsible for the day to day instore sales and generally store function, sales representatives prepare presentations for products and services and write up sales contracts for when they make a sale when presenting a product. Sales representatives also participate in marketing events, seminars, telemarketing events and trade shows, where new products are showcased and new product developments are discussed.

  • Greet and assist customers as they shop for new products
  • Researches customer’s individual or business purchase needs
  •  Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need
  • Resolves customer complaints and queries
  • Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
  • Assist other team members when necessary

Tjetër (Opsionale)


  • Education: min. Secondary School
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Foreign languages: English
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Priority would be given to applicants who has knowledge of Bike & Ski industries.

Skills & proficiencies:

  • Proactive person
  • Good team player
  • Flexible
  • Ability to translate complicated technical jargon for the average consumer
  • Willingness to work from alternate store locations when needed

REMUNERATION/ SALARY:        Competitive.
