For our client, a company operating in the field of software development and IT consultancy infrastructure, we are looking for:


This role has the target to manage the Staff Travel Management resources on site at company in the favor of the targets and goals of Staff Travel Solutions.

Main tasks

  • Takes care about the company’s employee satisfaction;
  • Ensure timely introduction of new company employees;
  • Controls working times / average hours of the company’s employees;
  • Identifies knowledge gaps e.g. for Staff Travel Management / technical e.g. JAVA;
  • Manages knowledge gaps through knowledge transfer company internal, training for Team members;
  • Ambassador of Travel Management goals at the company;
  • Strongly linked to Travel Management;
  • Works for all teams in a comprehensive manner;
  • Act in the interest of Staff Travel Management.

Kërkesat e profilit

The following skills are required:

  • Strong communications skills in English and Albania (German would be nice but is not mandatory);
  • Strong technical skills (Java, ….);
  • Able to coach company’s employees;
  • Ability to analyze situations and come up with suggestions for solutions;
  • Able to manage both interests: Company and Staff Travel Solutions;
  • Knowledge in agile software development;
