For our Client, an international company Phoenix Group, a market leader in Germany and main pharmaceutical distributor in Europe, they reflect on a successful and eventful history with roots in Germany and 11 European countries that date back more than a hundred years, we are looking for:

                                             REGIONAL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

  • Coordinates the work of the department in terms of communication, trainings, recruitment, selection, orientation and socialization, administrative and support activities;
  • Actively participates in annual planning and preparation of the department annual budgets together with the department managers;
  • Together with the Department managers, complies the processes of recruitment, selection, newly employed orientation, trainings, evaluations, benefits of the employees, processes of communication with annual plans and company's strategy;
  • Implements the recruitment and selection procedure: creating ads, screening applications, conducting interviews, psychological testing. Based on the data and the results of interviews and testing, reports to the Director of Human Resources;
  • Evaluates HR activities through HR reports, inquires for employees, monitoring, interviews and constant communication with employees;
  • Organizes induction of new employees, socialization, and introduces  changes if necessary;
  • As per department director's request, conducts the process of recruitment, selection, orientation, evaluation, system of rewards, socialization and development of employees in accordance to the corporate procedures and company's key values;
  • Supervises the administrative staff and is responsible for the timely resolving of legal labor status of employees and maintenance of the employee database;
  • Executes other tasks required by the supervisor;
  • Responsible for coordination of HR activities.

Kërkesat e profilit

  • University Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology or relevant field required;
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the same field;
  • Proficiency in English language and computer literacy;
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to reach compromise;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure, with little guidance;
  • Good organizational skills; ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
  • Team work;
  • Objectivity and the capability to apply Human Resources policies and procedures in a fair and reliable manner.
